- Receive the center caps that are broken or wrong or not conform to the description
Dewflew provides a free replacement service within 30 days if you receive broken items, and you don't need to return the broken center caps. Please contact our customer service and send us some pictures of the broken center caps, we will be here for help. - Order wrong-size center caps
If you have ordered the unfitted center caps and want to exchange the center caps, Dewflew accepts a 7-day exchange after you sign for the package. For the exchange service, there are two options for you. [1] you need to pay 50% of the item cost plus the shipping fee and you don't need to return the item back. [2] You are allowed to exchange free if you pay the back-and-forth shipping fee for the exchange service.
Notice: Customers should be responsible for the difference if the replacement values are higher than the original ones. Dewflew won't pay back the difference and the replacement will no longer enjoy any exchange service.

- New unused product returns
To satisfy your need is our priority. If an item purchased from Dewflew doesn't meet your expectations, you may return the new, unused products within 30 days after the receive date for a refund or exchange. Kindly note that the buyer should be responsible for the return shipping fee. - Incorrect, damaged, or defective product

Shipping Info
Dewflew is an international online store that provides worldwide shipping. It takes 1-2 business days to process your online order before shipping. Please note that all orders will be shipped with standard shipping by 4PX international logistics. It may take 24-72 hours to update the tracking information after shipping.

Some of Dewflew's products require buyers to pay their own shipping costs(The exact fee will be calculated based on the package size and your location and will be displayed on the payment page).
[][][]Why is your package delayed?
Due to some unpredictable factors, such as weather, accidents, etc, the shipping time may be a litter longer than usual. Thanks for your understanding in advance. And the delivery address and zip code also may affect. If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address, we may delay shipping your order until receiving your confirmation. (usually, we will contact you proactively, please keep your email address for normal receipt until you get the tracking number).
[][][]How long will it take for you to receive my package?
The estimated delivery date depends on your location. For example, US regions are typically scheduled to arrive 6-9 business days after an order has shipped. You can choose between two shipping locations(only US), one is shipped from China (normal shipping), and if you choose to ship from China, the product will arrive at your location in 7 to 10 days. If you choose to ship from the United States, the goods will arrive in about 2-3 days, of course, you will also have to pay higher shipping costs.
